Great Meal for the Grandkids
When its summer and the grand kids want fast food, I take them in the kitchen and we make these. They learn something and these are much heather than store bought chicken nuggets. I have learned if you can get them to help cook a dish they will eat it.

My boyfriend was wanting some chic-fil-a type nuggets, but after finally seeing each other we decided to make something at home. I searched for recipes and made these nuggets. No they arent fast food chicken nuggets but I thought they turned out pretty darn good. And he loved the hint of ranch in them. Combined with a side of mac and cheese!

Turned out pretty good.
I tried these out today and I think they turned out pretty good. I only had traditional breadcrumbs so I think I would have liked the panko style better for crispiness. Easy to make and a fun new way to have chicken!
