Needs a recipe checker
I agree with the other reviewer who noticed that we are not told what to do with the butter and garlic. I ended up letting the butter cool a bit then put it and the garlic in the bag then added the potatoes to coat.

The recipe calls for 3 tbsp butter but I didn’t see a step that added the butter. Not a huge deal but a really good recipe.
