Grilled BBQ Chicken with Ranch

Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Mix the olive oil with the ranch seasoning mix and rub all over the chicken. Let the chicken marinate while you prep the grill.

Preheat a charcoal grill using Kingsford™ Charcoal to medium-high heat and grease the grates.

Grill the chicken 5–7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush with KC Masterpiece during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.

Remove the chicken from the grill and rest it for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with extra ranch and BBQ sauce on the side.
Ingredient Tips:
For even cooking, use chicken pieces that are similar in size and thickness. If needed, pound thicken chicken breasts to an even thickness, so they cook evenly and stay juicy.
