For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, seasoning mix, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Add the seafood and fruit, and gently toss together to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve chilled. (For an extra pop of flavor and texture, consider folding some chopped cilantro into the salad and serving alongside slices of creamy avocado.)
