    ¼ cup

  • ½ packet

  • curry powder

    1 teaspoon

  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • cooked and chilled seafood, such as medium peeled and deveined shrimp, scallops, or a combination

    1 pound

  • diced tropical fruits, such as pineapple, mango, papaya or a combination

    3 cups

    In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, seasoning mix, curry powder, salt and pepper.

    Add the seafood and fruit, and gently toss together to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
