Ham Salad Bread Bowls

¾ pound thick, sliced deli ham
⅔ cup (2½ ounces) Swiss cheese, shredded
¼ cup finely chopped sweet gherkin or dill pickles
4 Kaiser rolls (4-inch diameter)
Dice ham to make about 2⅓ cups; combine with cheese, dressing, and pickles in a medium bowl.
Cut a thin slice off the top of each roll and scoop out center to within ¼-inch from edges, forming a bowl. Stuff ham salad gently into bread bowls and serve.
