      Cut a 3-4 pound chicken into about 8 pieces (or buy separate chicken pieces). Rub olive oil all over the chicken pieces and season with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Shaker and some smoked paprika.

      Arrange the chicken (without overcrowding) in roasting pan that has been coated with olive oil.

      Bake in a 400-degree oven for about half an hour; then turn down the heat to 350 degrees and finish cooking for another 10-20 minutes until the juices run clear from the chicken. If you want crisper skin, baste with the drippings a couple of times throughout cooking.
