Preheat oven to 400°F and spray an oven safe baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix mirin and harissa hot sauce.
Place chicken wingettes into a large bowl. Pour the mirin and harissa mixture over the chicken and toss/rub well to coat.
Generously season the wingettes with the Ranch seasoning mix. Line chicken in
the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until juices run clear and the chicken is lightly browned.
Set oven to low broil and broil the chicken for about 1 to 2 minutes until the chicken becomes a deeper brown. Serve hot.
