  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo, minced
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the chipotle in adobo can), plus more to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced thin
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, mix contents of dips packet with sour cream, then stir in chipotle, adobo sauce, green onions, and tortilla chips until combined. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
