- 1 packet Hidden Valley® Fiesta Ranch Dips Mix
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce, plus more to taste
- 2 scallions, sliced thin
- ½ cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1. Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add chipotle, adobo sauce, scallions, and tortilla chips. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
