Ingredients

  • 1 packet Hidden Valley® Fiesta Ranch Dips Mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce, plus more to taste
  • 2 scallions, sliced thin
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips

Directions

  1. 1. Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add chipotle, adobo sauce, scallions, and tortilla chips. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
