Cilantro Lime Orzo Salad

1 box (1 pound) orzo pasta
1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
¼–½ tsp. red pepper flakes
Step 1Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
Step 2In a large bowl, add the orzo, mango, avocado and toss with the dressing until well coated.
Step 3Chill covered for 1 hour.
Step 4Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
