    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

    In a large bowl, add the orzo, mango, avocado and toss with the dressing until well coated.

    Chill covered for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tweaked it some I used HVR Avocado Ranch instead & substituted yellow bell peppers for the mangoes. It was delish & it looked the exact same way! I don't like salad dressing on my fruits so no for using mangoes here.
