Ingredients

  • ½ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Cilantro Lime Dressing
  • 1 lb. box orzo pasta
  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
  • ¼–½ tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, add the orzo, mango, avocado and toss with the dressing until well coated.
  3. 3. Chill covered for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
