Cilantro Lime Orzo Salad

- ½ cup Hidden Valley® Cilantro Lime Ranch®
- 1 lb. box orzo pasta
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
- ¼–½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
- 2. In a large bowl, add the orzo, mango, avocado and toss with the dressing until well coated.
- 3. Chill covered for 1 hour.
- 4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
