Creamy Salsa Dip


Ingredients(6)
- 2 tablespoons 
- sour cream - 1½ cups 
- tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped - 2 
- mild green chile peppers or hot green chile peppers, seeded and minced - ¼ cup 
- green onion, finely chopped - 1 
- fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

- 1In a mixing bowl, combine seasoning mix with sour cream and stir until well blended. Add tomatoes, peppers, and onions; mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with cilantro, if desired, and serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
