Garden Valley Ranch Bread

1 stick (4 ounces) butter, plus more for greasing
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet
1 cup chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup corn kernels
3 eggs, beaten
¾ cup cottage cheese
1 package (8½ ounces) corn muffin mix
Step 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
Step 2In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Mixing after each addition, add the seasoning mix, broccoli, corn, eggs, cottage cheese and finally the corn muffin mix, stirring just until moist.
Step 3Transfer mixture to the greased baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
