Preheat oven 325°F.
In a medium bowl, combine seasoning mix, milk, and mayonnaise until well-mixed. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to thicken.
Combine dressing mixture with spinach, mushrooms, and Parmesan in a 9-inch baking dish. Top with croutons and bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
