mayonnaise 1 cup

chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and well drained 20 ounces

sliced mushrooms 4½ ounces

grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup

crushed croutons, for topping 1 cup

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

1Preheat oven 325°F.

2In a medium bowl, combine seasoning mix, milk, and mayonnaise until well-mixed. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to thicken.

3Combine dressing mixture with spinach, mushrooms, and Parmesan in a 9-inch baking dish. Top with croutons and bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
