1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet
1 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
20 ounces chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
4½ ounces sliced mushrooms
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed croutons, for topping
Step 1Preheat oven 325°F.
Step 2In a medium bowl, combine seasoning mix, milk, and mayonnaise until well-mixed. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to thicken.
Step 3Combine dressing mixture with spinach, mushrooms, and Parmesan in a 9-inch baking dish. Top with croutons and bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
