For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.
In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil and sugar until dissolved, then stir in dressing. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Fold in chicken, cabbage and apples, tossing well to combine. Cover and let sit refrigerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
