Sunny’s Apple-Chicken Ranch Slaw

grocery store rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded

red cabbage, shredded
1 head
green apples, cut into matchsticks

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil and sugar until dissolved, then stir in dressing. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
